2 large fresh tomatoes
2 slices of goat cheese
Priorat Natur Arbequina tapenade
“Neus” Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
1- Wash the tomatoes very well and cut off the top.
2- Empty the pulp from the inside and mix it with crumbled goat cheese, salt, pepper, and a bit of extra virgin olive oil.
3- Stuff the tomatoes with the previous mixture, add a spoonful of olive pâté on top, and season with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
