2 large tomatoes
2 pieces of goat roller cheese
Arbequina spread Priorat Natur
Extra virgin olive oil “Neus”
Salt and pepper
1- Wash the tomatoes that are very clean, cut them on top.
2- Empty the pulp inside and mix it with the crumbled goat cheese, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
3- Stuff the tomatoes with the above mixture, add a tablespoon of olive pâté on top and season with a drizzle of olive oil.
