We offer home delivery service to the whole country, including Canary and Balearic Islands, and international shipping.
Shipping prices depend on the destination and are displayed when selecting the shipping address.

Customs charges, tariffs and other taxes pertaining to the country of destination are not included in the shipping price in international and Canary Islands shipments, and will be borne by the recipient, except for DUA in Andorra. The customer must consider the legislation in force in the destination country about import of items.

Delivery times for national orders within the Iberian Peninsula range from 24 to 72 working hours, although in most cases they arrive before 48 hours if you place your order before 14.00.
For Canary and Balearic Islands and international destinations, the period will be between 4 and 6 working days.If no one is found at the place of delivery, the courier company leaves a notice in the mailbox or text to the phone number provided above, indicating that it has attempted to deliver the package. The customer will then need to call within the next 24 to 48 hours to agree on a new delivery date and time.
Returned orders can be resubmitted by paying for shipping again.
To choose a different shipping address, you can add a new address in “My Addresses” at your Priorat Natur account.
If you want to make a gift, Priorat Natur can send it to you or directly to the person you want to give it to and we can also add a greeting card with your text.
We do not ship orders to PO boxes.
Our shipments are made with reliable and long-experienced courier companies, whose priority is to ensure that the order arrives in perfect condition at its destination.
Please, do not accept the package if it does not arrive in good condition, (see how to proceed in Returns section).

We will be happy to assist you to resolve any questions, to help you with a purchase or return process, to inform you about shipping rates or prices, if you have had any problems with our products, shipping or you are not satisfied, if you have any suggestions for us, if you want to have our products in your store, if you want to make a custom gift or add a greeting card, or for any other query.
From Priorat Natur, we recommend that you do not accept any delivery in poor condition (open, broken, wet box, etc.) and, please, write it down on the delivery note you will be given by the carrier.
If you decide to accept the package, even if it is in poor condition, you must state these problems on the delivery note and notify us in writing to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, within a maximum of 24 hours. Please email us a photo of the package or tell us the status of the delivery with as much detail as possible.
Please keep damaged products unopened in their packaging and without handling. Priorat Natur reserves the right to collect these products at no cost to the customer. Once the necessary formalities have been completed, and within a maximum of 15 days, we will refund the amount of the damaged products using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
In case the contents of the package do not correspond to your order, you must notify it to email@example.com, within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package. These products must be returned unopened or manipulated.
You can choose between receiving a refund for your unreceived products once the wrong products have been collected (shipping cost will be borne by Priorat Natur) within a maximum of 15 days of collection and using the same payment method with which the purchase was made. Or request the shipment of the correct products without shipping costs for the customer, once the mistake products have been collected (shipping cost will be borne by Priorat Natur).
In case you are not satisfied with a product, you must notify us within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of delivery. The customer will bear the return shipping costs and it will be necessary that the product arrive in correct condition at Priorat Natur. You must include in the package a copy of the invoice, a list of the products you are returning and the reason for the return.
The refund will be made within 15 working days of receipt of the return. We will use the same payment method with which the purchase was made, once it has been verified that the product is in good condition.
If any product arrives in poor condition, please notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing the status of the product and attaching photographs if possible. Once the products have been collected and their condition has been checked, Priorat Natur will refund the amount of the product or
will send you a new one with no shipping costs if you wish.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used to make the purchase within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product at Priorat Natur office.
Our payment methods comply with mandatory security regulations for ecommerce.
Payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card.
All payments made by card are made through the REDSYS security gateway.
We also accept payment through bank transfer.
