IDEAL PER A… una torrada de pa amb formatge fresc o mantega. Pot acompanyar un gelat o una copa de nata. És perfecta per a rebosteria.

Les maduixes que utilitzem són procedents dels horts de la zona, algunes cultivades per nosaltres mateixos. Maduixes (no maduixots), sucre i suc de llimona natural, són els ingredients de la nostra melmelada, un producte sense secrets.

INFORMACIÓ SOBRE EL PRODUCTE +

Ingredients: Maduixes, sucre i suc natural de llimona.

Producte sense gluten

Producte sense conservants. 100% natural.

Presentació: Pot de vidre de 250g.

Vida útil: 36 mesos.

Conservació: Mantenir en un lloc fresc i sec per a una millor conservació del producte. Un cop obert, mantenir entre 5º i 8º C.

ELABORACIÓ +

Preparem la fruita pelant-la, tallant-la i lliurant-la de possibles punxons a mà, ja que és l’únic mètode que no altera ni sabors ni textures. Tot seguit, macerem les maduixes amb suc de llimona i sucre fins al moment de la cocció. Coem a foc lent i en quantitats petites (uns 120 pots per cocció) per garantir el punt just en cada partida de fruita. Un cop cuita, l’envasem ràpidament i fem el ‘Bany Maria’ per tal de garantir la conservació.
