Hand-selected peppers, slowly roasted over an open fire and peeled by hand to preserve the intensity and qualities of slow-fire cooking. Once roasted, they are slowly cooked with sugar in just the right amount to create a jam that is simply brilliant!

Presentation: 250 g glass jar.
Shelf life: 36 months.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, keep refrigerated between 5º and 8º C.
We prepare the peppers by first roasting them slowly over a low flame until they are perfectly tender and infused with a smoky aroma. Then, we peel them by hand one by one, carefully removing the skin and the seeds from inside.
Once the roasted peppers are ready, we chop them and cook them slowly with sugar in small batches (about 120 jars per cooking) to ensure the perfect finish for every lot. Once cooked, it is pureed to achieve a smoother texture, ensuring no large pieces remain. We jar it immediately and use the ‘Bain-Marie’ technique to guarantee its preservation.
