Roasted Pepper Jam

IDEAL TO… eat with different types of cheese: fresh, semi-cured or cured. You can also add it to an anchovy toast.

This is a very special and delicious jam.

Selected peppers, cooked slowly over the fire and peeled by hand so that they maintain the intensity and qualities of slow cooking. Once roasted, we cook them together with the sugar, slowly, neither too much not too little, to obtain a great jam.

Ingredients: roasted pepper, sugar.

Presentation: 250 g glass jar.

Shelf life: 36 months.

100% natural product. No preservatives, additives, or artificial flavors.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Please store in a cool, dry and room temperature environment for best shelf-life results. Once opened, store between 5º and 8ºC.

We carefully prepare the peppers to roast them over the fire. When they are cooked enough and get the typical smoked aroma, we peel them off by hand one by one and remove the seeds out. Then, after cutting the peppers in pieces we cook the slowly together with the sugar and in small amounts, to take every batch to the perfect point. Finally, we blend it all and put it in jars to guarantee its conservation.
