Priorat Natur Extra Virgen Olive Oil 5l

Unfiltered olive oil, hand-picked directly from the tree.

Ingredients: 100% Arbequina olives from the Priorat region.

Gluten free product. No OGM

Presentation: Tin cans with capacities of 1 L, 500 ml, and 250 ml, and 5 L PET jugs.

Shelf life: 18 months.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct light for optimal product preservation.

Usage: This oil is ideal for raw consumption, but also perfect for cooking and frying.

The production of our Priorat Natur oil begins in the tree, where we monitor it from flowering until the optimal ripening stage for harvesting the olives.

During November, we begin harvesting the olives according to their ripeness. They are cold-pressed the same night they are picked. The oil, called Neus, is stored in a dark mill, sealed, at an approximate temperature of 15ºC to ensure proper settling, remove as many impurities as possible, and prevent rancidity.

After a couple of months, we bottle it according to demand to serve it throughout the year in optimal conditions.
