Wine with intense color, and a lot of fruit on the nose, very well wrapped and respected by the wood. Notes of spices and Mediterranean herbs. Marked mineral character. Light and fresh on the palate, very velvety, good finish and aftertaste.

Good for pairing with white and red meat, blue fish and rockfish, rice, cheese, and pasta.

Generic properties: Elegant cherry color, with violet tones, has a middle layer, very bright and intense in the glass. Very fresh, intense, and pleasant on the nose, the Grenache and Syrah express with a lot of red, and black fruit, mainly berries and wild berries with subtle memories of their aging. It also shows the aroma of thyme and rosemary, spicy spices, and a marked mineral touch.

Type of soil: Licorella

Grape varieties: 60% Black Grenache, and 40% Syrah

Aged 10 months in French oak barrels and inox.

Alcoholic grade: 14.2% vol

Serving temperature: Between 16 and 18ºC.
