Generic properties: A very special dry red wine, complex due to the combination of aromas originating from the grape and the wood.

Made with grapes from emblematic local vineyards with personality closely linked to the winemaking history of the DO.

Type of soil: Meteorised primary granite.

Grape varieties: Black Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot wine, and Tempranillo

Aged 12 months in French oak barrels.

Alcoholic grade: 14% vol

Serving temperature: Between 16 and 18ºC
