Arbequina olive pâté
Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Snows”
1- Place the cooked beans on a plate with a thin layer of tapenade
2- Cut the onion, the tomato, the pepper and the cod and place them on the beans.
3- Dress with extra virgin olive oil and finish it with some Gordal Olives.
