INGREDIENTS

Albergínia

Oli d’oliva verge extra

Formatge (al gust)

Melmelada de pebrot escalivat

Pebre

Sal

 

ELABORACIÓ

1- Agafem unes albergínies de bona qualitat (aquestes són de les de color blanc ratllat morat, que no tenen tanta grana).

2- Les tallem per la meitat longitudinalment i les marquem amb el ganivet a la polpa, salpebrem i tirem un raig d’oli.

3- Preescalfem el forn a 220 °C , col·loquem les albergínies en una safata amb paper de forn i deixem coure fins que comprovem que ja estan fetes.

4- Les traiem del forn i els hi posem formatge per sobre al gust.

5- Afegim la melmelada de pebrot escalivat per sobre.

6- Tornem a posar al forn les albergínies una estona més fins que el formatge agafi temperatura i es fongui una mica.

7- Ja les tenim llestes; les traiem del forn i aconsellem adornar amb un topping cruixent de ceba tendra i julivert.
