Yogurt Cake with Strawberries Jam

Priorat Natur yogurt cake is simple and easy to make, but it is delicious! Don’t miss it!

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE BASE:

200 g of cookies

100 g of butter

 

FOR YOGURT CREAM:

2 natural Greek yoghurt

3 natural yoghurts

130 g of raspberries

400 ml of double cream

4 tablespoons of sugar

 

FOR DECORATION:

Strawberries jam of Priorat Natur

Raspberries and strawberries

Fondant chocolate

 

MATERIALS:

Detachable circular mold

PREPARATION

1- We grind the cookies with a mortar or a mincer, we mix them with the melted butter and we spread the mixture on the mold.

2- Mix the yogurt with the mixer until you get a homogeneous mixture, add the raspberries and mix again.

3- Then whip the cream with the sugar and add the yogurt with the raspberries in a circular motion.

4- Put the mixture in the mold on the cookie dough. Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.

5- And finally garnish with strawberry jam, strawberries, raspberries and grated chocolate.
