INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg of fresh prawns

Neus Extra Virgin olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Parsley

Artisanal Romesco sauce

PREPARATION

1- Boil the prawns for a few minutes.

2- Peel the prawns and chop them on a skewer

3- Once the skewer is on the plate, add the rom.esco sauce and a bit of parsley.

4- Ready to eat!
