1/2 kg of white asparagus
1/2 spring onion
1/2 red and green bell pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Place the asparagus on a plate as a base, add the onion and the peppers in dices. Add the rest of the ingredients and season with salt, oil, and vinegar.
Ready to eat!
