Accreditation for Direct Proximity Sales

On 04/07/2022 from the General Directorate of Agri-food Companies, Quality and Gastronomy they sent us the accreditation of adherence to the proximity sales system, according to DECREE 24/2013, of January 8.

Thanks to this seal, Priorat Natur has the guarantee of direct proximity sales. It is the one directly carried out by producers or groups of agricultural producers in favour of the final consumer, without the intervention of an intermediary person.

Direct sales can be carried out in the farm itself, in agrobotigues of the groups of agricultural producers, in local markets, in fairs-markets or elsewhere that are not permanent commercial establishments.

Direct sales can also be made remotely, or on a travelling basis in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on internal trade.
