Good for pairing with white and red meat, blue fish and rockfish, rice, cheese, and pasta.

Generic properties: Elegant cherry color, with violet tones, has a middle layer, very bright and intense in the glass. Very fresh, intense, and pleasant on the nose, the Grenache and Syrah express with a lot of red, and black fruit, mainly berries and wild berries with subtle memories of their aging. It also shows the aroma of thyme and rosemary, spicy spices, and a marked mineral touch.
Type of soil: Licorella
Grape varieties: 60% Black Grenache, and 40% Syrah
Aged 10 months in French oak barrels and inox.
