Small secrets that make our peach jam exceptional: top-quality ‘vineyard peaches’ grown on dry land—a much more flavorful variety, harvested at its peak ripeness. We peel each one by hand and simmer them just long enough with the exact amount of sugar and lemon needed for preservation, while always ensuring that the true peach flavor remains the star.

Presentation: 250 g glass jar.
Shelf life: 36 months.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, keep refrigerated between 5º and 8º C.
We prepare the fruit by peeling it and removing the pits, cores, and blemishes by hand, as this is the only method that preserves its natural flavor and texture. Next, we macerate the peaches with lemon juice and sugar until they are ready to be cooked. We simmer the mixture in small batches (about 120 jars per cooking) to ensure the perfect consistency for every lot of fruit. Once cooked, we jar it immediately and use the ‘Bain-Marie’ technique to guarantee its preservation.
