Learn how to make this wonderful rum cottage cheese cake accompanied by our hazelnuts!
400 gr of cottage cheese
100 grams of mozzarella
180 grams of sugar
250 grams of cream
60 ml of rum
10 ml of lemon essence
1 spoon of corn flour
100 gr of butter
200 gr of cookies
Grind and mix the butter and biscuits, then crush them in the base of the mould, and while we prepare the rest we leave it in the freezer.
Mix all the ingredients well with the sticks and bake for 45′ at 180 degrees, wait for it to cool, place the hazelnuts and then let it rest in the fridge.
And it will be ready to enjoy!
