Our ‘angel hair’ jam is made with pumpkins from our own harvest and from local farmers in the region.

Presentation: 250g glass jar.
Shelf life: 36 months.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, keep refrigerated between 5º and 8º C.
We clean the outside of the pumpkin, crack it open by throwing it hard against the ground, and boil it until it softens. We then hollow it out, removing the seeds and any hard parts by hand. This clean pulp is boiled again with sugar, lemon, and cinnamon in small batches to ensure the perfect consistency for every harvest. Once the pumpkin jam strands are ready, they are quickly jarred and processed in a ‘bain-marie’ (water bath) to guarantee their preservation.
