A well-structured, persistent, full, voluptuous, and long wine
Great to pair with red meats, certain aged cheese, and foie.
Ideal with stews, confit, and bitter sauces (orange, almonds, or dark chocolate).
It has significant international recognition, mainly due to its excellent quality/price ratio.

Generic properties: dry red wine, complex because of the combination of the aromas extracted from the grape and the wood. Well-structured, persistent, full, voluptuous and long.
Type of soil: Llicorella (slate from the Carboniferous Period).
Grape varieties: Black Grenache, Carignan, and Cabernet Sauvignon
Alcoholic grade: 15% vol
Aged 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
DOCa Priorat
Serving temperature: between 16º and 18ºC.
*It is recommended to decant this wine for one hour before drinking it.
