Gordal Olives with Chilli

Ingredients: Gordal olives, water, salt, and dried red chili.

Gluten-free product, free from preservatives and colorants. 100% natural.

Presentation: Glass jar of 430 g (drained weight).

Shelf life: 24 months.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, keep refrigerated.

We select the olives by quality for each batch, and each batch is also sorted by size. They are placed in vats with water and salt (each in the appropriate proportion). Once the olives have fermented, we change the water and add the corresponding aromatic herbs. When the desired flavor is achieved, they are packed with water, salt, and dried red chili. To ensure preservation, the jars are pasteurized (water bath) after packing.
