Ingredients: Gordal olives, water, salt, chilli, and aromatic herbs.
Presentation: 430g glass jar (dry weight).
Shelf life: 24 months.
100% natural product. No preservatives, additives, or artificial flavors.
We select the olives according to the batch, and each batch also by size. They are then kept in tubs with water and salt until fermentation process is over. Then we change the water and add the aromatic herbs. Once we achieve the right flavor, we pack the olives with water, chilli and salt. Finally, we pasteurize them to guarantee their conservation.
