Today we share a recipe for all cheese and pastry lovers. It is simple, quick and delicious!
300g cream cheese
200g of cheese
400g of cream for cooking
200g of sugar
20g of corn flour
Salt and cinnamon
1- We pour all the ingredients in a bowl.
2- We mix them all and blend them well until we get a homogeneous dough.
3- Then, we preheat the oven to 180ºC and cover a cake pan with baking paper to make it easier for us to unmold later. 4- We pour the dough in the cake pan and bake it in the oven for 40.
5- Finally, we remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
6- Once cold, we decorate it on top with sugar, cinnamon, and chocolates. Simply delicious!
