INGREDIENTS

Tomato jam

anchovies (Large size)

“Neus” Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Parmesan cheese

Oregano

PREPARATION

1- For this recipe it is important to buy large good quality anchovies, since they will make your recipe more successful. You may find them in some gourmet shops where they sell fresh products.

2- Trace a zig Zag on a plate with tomato jam using a teaspoon. Then, Repeat the zig Zag with the Extra Virgin Olive oil. 

3- Place the anchovies on top and add some grated Parmesan cheese on it.

4- Ready to eat!
