PRODUCT INFORMATION +

Ingredients: Marcona Almonds, sugar and water.

Allergens: ALMONDS; may contain traces of other nuts.

Presentation: Glass jars of 120 g, 190 g, and 365 g. Vacuum packed.

For catering: 2,150 g glass jar.

Shelf life: 18 months. Product without preservatives or additives. 100% natural.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation.

PREPARATION +

We inspect the dried fruit, previously selected by size (16 mm) and quality, to remove as many defective pieces as possible.

We cook it entirely by hand (about 1,700 g at a time), following a traditional recipe based on water, sugar, and plenty of patience. Once the candied nuts reach the perfect point, we remove them from the pan, let them cool, and immediately vacuum-pack them.
