A delicious cake perfect to enjoy it on many occasions!
4 lemon yogurts
100g white sugar
A pinch of salt, vanilla, and cinnamonLemon peel zestBrown sugar, peach jam and caramelized hazelnuts to decorate.
1- Put all the ingredients in a bowl with two of the apples previously peeled and cut.
2- Crush all the ingredients with the blender and pour the mixture into a buttered 20 cm mold.
3- Place the third apple previously cut on top and sprinkle with sugar.
4- Preheat the oven to 180º C and bake for 45 minutes at 180º with heat up and down.
5- Remove the cake from the oven and let cool.
6- Finally, decorate it with the jam, the brown sugar and the caramelized hazelnuts.
