Pastel de Manzana con Mermelada de Melocotón

¡Un pastel delicioso que disfrutarás en cualquier ocasión!

INGREDIENTES

3 manzanas

4 yogures de limón

4 huevos

70 g de Maizena

100 g de azúcar blanco

Un pellizco de sal, vainilla y canela

Ralladura de piel de limón

Azúcar moreno, mermelada de melocotón y avellanas garrapiñadas para decorar.

ELABORACIÓN

1- Ponemos todos los ingredientes en un bol con dos de las manzanas peladas y cortadas.

2- Trituramos todos los ingredientes con la batidora y vertemos la mezcla en un molde de 20 cm untado de mantequilla.

3- Colocamos la tercera manzana cortada por encima y espolvoreamos con azúcar.

4- Precalentamos el horno a 180º C y horneamos durante 45 minutos a 180º con calor arriba y abajo.

5- Retiramos el pastel horno y dejamos enfriar.

6- Finalmente, lo decoramos con la mermelada, el azúcar moreno y las avellanas garrapiñadas al gusto.
