We had the pleasure of receiving a visit from chef Gonzalo D’Ambrosio to talk about the almonds we have in the Priorat.
We already know that one of the products that distinguish the Priorat area are nuts. Especially the almonds of Pradell de la Teixeta.
In this destination, chef D’Ambrosio and Anna will collect almonds, taste them raw by breaking the almond tree, and carve them to show the different culinary uses that can be given to this versatile Mediterranean nut.
