Ingredients: Negreta Hazelnut
Presentation: Glass jars of 120 g, 190 g, and 375 g. Vacuum packed.
For catering: 500 g and 2 kg vacuum-packed plastic containers.
Shelf life: 18 months. Product without preservatives or additives. 100% natural.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation.
To make the Roasted Negreta Hazelnut, the first step is to inspect the dried fruit, previously selected by size (12 mm) and quality, to remove as many defective pieces as possible. We then roast them slowly over a wood fire until they reach the perfect roast. Once roasted and cooled, they are immediately vacuum-packed.
