For foodservice: 2kg vacuum-packed plastic container.

Shelf life: 18 months. Product without preservatives or additives. 100% natural.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation.

PREPARATION +

We inspect the nuts, which are pre-selected by size and quality, to minimize and eliminate any defective units.

They are cooked entirely by hand (in small batches of about 950g) and following a traditional technique. Once cooked, they are immediately vacuum-packed.
