Generic properties: Fresh in the mouth, good acidity that makes it live longer. Mineral, unctuous, long, and sweet. It has a lot of power and structure. Mature tannins and a great personality.
Les Eres is a selection of the best grapes from old vineyards that we have in the cellar, aged in the best French oak barrels, resulting in all the qualities and structure due to barrel aging, but also retaining fruity characteristics of the grapes and the character of the Priorat terroir. It is a wine that will last and improve for at least ten years so that it can be stored and enjoyed as it ages in a bottle and any wood aromas recede and do not interfere with the explosion of sensations from this wine.
Grape varieties: 75% Carignan, 25% Grenache
Alcoholic grade: 14,5% vol
Aged 18 months in new oak Franch barrels.
