Neus Especial Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Unfiltered, made from hand-harvested olives picked directly from the tree during the first cold pressing of the year.

Ingredients: 100% Green Arbequina Olives.
Gluten-free and Vegan product.
Presentation: 500ml glass bottle, available in dark or clear glass. (The bottle features a non-drip pouring cap, allowing the oil to be served with neatness and elegance at the table).
Consumption: This oil is meant to be enjoyed raw. Ideal for drizzling over toast or salads, and also pairs well with meat or fish.
Recommendations: We recommend consuming it as soon as possible to truly enjoy the excellence of its freshness and vibrancy.
Shelf life: 12 months.

To produce our Neus Especial Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml, we monitor the entire process starting at the tree—from flowering to the optimal moment for harvesting. It is in early October when we carry out the first harvest of these greener olives to craft our Neus Especial.

We harvest the olives by hand directly from the tree and cold-press them on the very same night. Once obtained, the oil is bottled immediately without being decanted or filtered. For this reason, Neus Especial may develop small particles at the bottom of the bottle; this is not a defect, but a natural process of the oil.
