Our black olives are left to ripen on the tree until they reach the optimal point for harvesting. We hand-pick and carefully select them, and then their preparation process begins.

Ingredients: Olives Negres Empeltre, aigua i sal.

Gluten free product.

Product without preservatives or colorants. 100 % natural.

Presentation: Glass jar of 210 g and 440 g (drained weight).

For professional use: Glass jar of 2,500 g (drained weight).

Shelf life: 24 months.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, keep refrigerated.

PREPARATION +

We select the olives by quality for each batch, and each batch is also sorted by size. They are placed in vats with water and salt (each in the appropriate proportion). Once the olives have fermented, we change the water and add the corresponding aromatic herbs. When the desired flavor is achieved, they are packed with water and salt. To ensure their preservation, the jars are pasteurized (water bath) after packing.
