We take care of every part of the process, so our extra virgin oil gets the highest quality, with the main traits of our region, the region of Priorat.
We make different types of extra virgin olive oils, depending on the harvesting moment, and the type of land where the olive trees are. Different oils, all of them of excellent quality, to delight the most demanding palates.

SUMMER, THE SEASON OF FRUIT AND OUR JAMS
Only by harvesting the fruit at the right moment according to the nature, with its right ripening point and treating it with the respect and care with which it was traditionally made, do we make our jam an explosion of pure fruit.
In Priorat Natur, as in life and in nature, everything has its right moment. We only use nearby, seasonal fruit, harvested at the right point of ripening, to ensure that it is of the best quality and maximum flavor. We treat this fruit as it deserves, cleaning it by hand and one by one, and we cook it like all our lives, stirring constantly in small containers as has always been done at home. Sugar and lemon are the only preservatives we use, but always looking for balance so that the true taste of the fruit predominates. That’s why our jams are spoonfuls of tasty and delicious fruit.

Olive oil, nuts, and locally collected greens, make a perfect combination for our Romesco Sauce, the sauce that best defines our territory.
Even before spring arrives, when the sun starts to warm up, we like to go out and meet our people and share good meals with the best sauces. Romesco, with many of the most characteristic ingredients of our land. Aioli made with garlic, oil, and a lot of affection. And the olive tapenades, with the best olive recipes ever, but now made pâté, because the flavors remain, but the shapes evolve, and at Priorat Natur we like to respect and evolve the tradition.
