Priorat Natur clams with romesco sauce are an ideal dish to surpriseyour guests!

INGREDIENTS

For 2 servings:

600g of clams

8 tablespoons of romesco sauce

200 ml of cooking cream

Parsley

PREPARATION

1- Cook steamed clams to open and preserve all the flavor, on the other hand, heat the cream and add 8 tablespoons of romesco sauce.

2- Add the romesco sauce mixed with the cream to the drained clams.

3- Mix everything together and serve it with a little bit of chopped parsley.
