Priorat Natur clams with romesco sauce are an ideal dish to surprise those who want it the most!

INGREDIENTS

For 2 rations:

600g of clams

8 tablespoons of romesco sauce

200 ml cooking cream

Parsley

ELABORATION

1- Cook steamed clams to open and preserve all the flavor, on the other hand heat the cream and add 8 tablespoons romesco sauce.

2- Next we add the drained clams and the romesco sauce mixed with the cream.

3-Mix everything well and serve it with a little chopped parsley.
