Cherry tomatoes stuffed with Arbequina olive pate

Learn to make this delicious appetizer so easy and simple in a fast way!

INGREDIENTS

8 cherry tomatoes

Arbequina olive pate

4-5 anchovy fillets in oil

3-5 pickled cucumbers

Greek yogurt

PREPARATION

1-Cut the cucumbers and anchovies into small pieces. book it

2-Reject the part of the peduncle of the tomato, split in half lengthwise.

3-Grease each part with half a teaspoon of Arbequina olive pâté.

4-Place some of the reserved anchovy and cucumber mixture.

5-Put a few dots of Greek yogurt on top.

6-Serve accompanied by mini toasts or any type of small bread.
