This is a simple recipe to fully enjoy our yummy local Romesco sauce.
For 2 people
2 slices of monkfish
Extra Virgen Olive Oil
1- Boil the potatoes for about 30 minutes and the eggs for 12 minutes.
2- After cooling the eggs, peel them and cut in slices.
3- Once the potatoes are ready, peel them. Cut them in thick slices and place them on a plate.
4- Add a little bit of salt and a Romesco sauce spoon on the potatoes.
5- On top of it, place the egg, a bit of salt and a splash of olive oil.
6- Cook the monkfish and the prawns on the grill.
7- Peel the prawns and cut the monkfish into cubes.
8- Place a little monkfish cube and a prawn on each potato slice with Romesco sauce and egg, add a bit of pepper and your dish is ready!
