STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Please store in a cool, dry and room temperature environment for best shelf-life results. Once opened, store in refrigerator.
We select, clean, and pit the olive. Once the olives are fermented, prepared, and pitted, we blend them with olive oil and salt.
Once the tapenade is ready, we fill the jars and pasteurize them to guarantee their conservation.
