Shelf life: 36 months.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, keep refrigerated between 5º and 8º C.
We prepare the fruit by peeling it and removing the pits and cores by hand, as this is the only method that preserves its true flavor and texture. Then, we macerate the apricots with lemon juice and sugar until they are ready to be cooked. We cook the jam over a low heat in small batches (about 120 jars per batch) to ensure the perfect consistency for every harvest. Once cooked, the jam is quickly jarred and processed in a ‘bain-marie’ (water bath) to guarantee its preservation.
