Almond and powdered sugar chocolates 2kg

Ingredients: Marcona almonds, water, sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla flavor, and powdered sugar.

May contain traces of other nuts, milk, and gluten.

Presentation: 80 g tin. Glass jars of 140 g, 215 g, and 420 g. Vacuum packed.

Serving format: 2000 g plastic bag.

Shelf life: 12 months for the tin, 18 months for the glass jar. Product without preservatives or additives. 100% natural.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation.

We inspect the dried fruit, previously selected by size (16 mm) and quality, to remove as many defective pieces as possible.

We cook entirely by hand (about 1,700 g at a time) following a traditional recipe based on water, sugar, and lots of patience. Once the caramelized almonds reach the perfect point, we remove them from the pan and let them cool. When cooled, we coat them in dark chocolate and then cover them with cocoa powder. Finally, we immediately vacuum-seal them in glass jars to ensure optimal preservation of the product.
