Our Traditional Artisan Quince Paste is ideal for… pairing with all types of cheese, ‘mató’ (fresh whey cheese), or enjoying with bread. It also pairs perfectly with nuts and is excellent when combined with foie gras. Additionally, it is a versatile ingredient for cooking.
This product is made following traditional local recipes using mostly locally-grown quinces. They are slow-cooked to achieve a pleasant, slightly grainy texture with a perfectly balanced sweetness—neither too much nor too little.

Our Traditional Artisan Quince Paste is handcrafted following the traditional recipe of our region.
We select the finest quinces, ensuring only the highest quality fruit is used; then, they are washed and blanched. We crush the quinces and mix them with sugar and lemon juice in a large pot. We boil these three ingredients for the exact amount of time needed—neither more nor less—to achieve a quince paste with an excellent reddish hue and a pleasant flavor and texture on the palate
Once ready, it is hot-filled at a controlled temperature and sealed.
