Ingredients: 16 mm Marcona Almonds, cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecitine, vanilla, powder sugar.
May contain traces of other nuts, milk and gluten.
Presentation: 80g can, 140g, 200g and 420g vacuum-packed glass jar.
Restaurant trade presentation: 2kg vacuum-packed plastic bag.
Shelf life: 12 month can. 18 months glass jar.

Almonds are inspected and selected according to their size and quality. We cook them by hand and in small batches (1700 g each time) with water and sugar and following a traditional recipe. After caramelizing the almond, we dip it in dark chocolate and cover it with powder sugar. Right after finishing this process the are vacuum-packed to be preserved properly.
