Ingredients: Nuts, sugar and water.
Allergens: WALNUTS; may contain traces of other nuts.
Presentation: Glass jars of 120 g, 190 g, and 365 g. Vacuum packed.
Shelf life: 18 months. Product without preservatives or additives. 100% natural.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation.
We inspect the nuts, which are pre-selected by size and quality, to minimize and eliminate any defective units. We cook it entirely by hand (about 950 g each batch), following a traditional technique similar to the one used for caramelized nuts. Once cooked, we vacuum-seal it immediately.
