The aroma table: how to taste an oil while playing. A proposal from Priorat Natur at the Falset Wine Fair.
This year, at the Falset Wine Fair, we wanted to offer a different experience. At Priorat Natur we installed an aroma table with the aim of bringing the world of extra virgin olive oil closer to everyone, in a simple and fun way.
With a little sensory game , adults and children were able to identify typical aromas of oils, discover their attributes and learn how to taste them properly.
All in all, in a fun and participatory way.
In addition, we offered tastings of different varieties of extra virgin olive oils such as arbequina , negret , morruda and sevillenca — an opportunity to discover the great richness of extra virgin olive oil through taste and smell.
The table was also full of our products: cheeses, almonds, olives and pates, so that everyone could have a true taste of Priorat Natur .
