TASTING NOTES
Visually, it displays an amber color with brown and orange tones, featuring copper and golden highlights characteristic of its barrel aging; clean, crystalline, and transparent.
On the nose, we can find notes of forest herbs, such as fennel or thyme, along with its aging. Phosphorous and mineral notes that reflect the grape’s origin in slate soils. Balsamic and spicy touches.
On the palate, it is silky, caramelized, and sweet, with very pleasant notes of fine herbs that balance its bitterness and acidity.
Overall, it is a very complex and well-balanced vermouth.
Our Priorat Natur Vermouth is crafted following the artisanal tradition of the Priorat region. Made with a base of Priorat white wine and macerated with over 100 aromatic herbs, it is aged in barrels for at least two years. This process results in an amber-colored vermouth with toasted notes that make it more well-rounded and elegant.
