Neus Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100ml: Unfiltered oil from hand-picked olives.

Ingredients: 100% Arbequina olives, mostly from our own estates.

Gluten free product. No OGM

Presentation: 100ml and 350ml clear glass bottles, and 500ml dark glass bottle. (The bottle features a non-drip pourer cap, allowing the oil to be served with precision and elegance at the table).

Shelf life: 18 months.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light to ensure optimal product preservation.

The crafting of our Neus oil begins at the tree, where we monitor every stage from the blossoming to the peak of ripeness to ensure the olives are harvested at the perfect moment.

In November, we begin harvesting the olives at their peak of ripeness. They are cold-pressed the very same night they are picked. We store Neus oil in a dark, sealed underground vat at a steady temperature of approximately 15ºC; this allows for natural decanting, which removes impurities and prevents the oil from becoming rancid.

After a couple of months, the oil is bottled on demand to ensure it is delivered in peak condition throughout the year.
