Natàlia is a painter and illustrator from a family dedicated to the wine trade. This background inspired her to paint the “women of wine” (dones del vi); a childhood memory surrounded by wines of all kinds and women of all kinds.

The reason why “the women of wine” (les dones del vi) are so considerably large—as the artist herself describes—is that they reflect the gaze of a little girl in a winery, where all the women who entered seemed immense, gargantuan, and with breasts that were simply unreachable.
