This variety comes originally from the south of Spain and is internationally known. These are olives with a firm and smooth texture and full of flavor.

Ingredients: Manzanilla olives, water, salt, and aromatic herbs.
Presentation: 210g and 440g glass jar (dry weight).
Restaurant trade presentation: 2500g glass jar (dry weight).
Shelf life: 24 months.
100% natural product. No preservatives, additives, or artificial flavors.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Please store in a cool, dry and room temperature environment for best shelf-life results. Once opened, store in refrigerator.
We select the olives according to the batch, and each batch also by size. They are then kept in tubs with water and salt until fermentation process is over. Then we change the water and add the aromatic herbs. Once we achieve the right flavor, we pack the olives with water and salt. Finally, we pasteurize them to guarantee their conservation.
