Presentation: Glass jar of 210 g and 440 g (dry weight).

For professional use: Glass jar of 2,500 g (dry weight).

Shelf life: 24 months.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.

We select the olives by quality for each batch, and each batch is also sorted by size. They are placed in vats with water and salt (each in the correct proportion). Once the olives have fermented, the water is changed, and the corresponding aromatic herbs are added. When the desired flavor is achieved, they are packed with water and salt. To ensure preservation, the olives are pasteurized (in a water bath) after packing.
