If you are a cheese lover, dare to make a recipe as original as this one!
1- Clean the pears and dry them well.
2- Cut the pears in half and remove the core.
3- Fill the gap with Roquefort cheese.
4- Put the pears in the oven for 20 minutes at 200º.
5- We remove them from the oven and place the crushed toasted hazelnuts on top.
6- We have just decorated the pears with honey on top to taste.
Ready, enjoy them as a starter or as a dessert, you decide!
